Test Scoring

Your total score on the Predictor Test is calculated as the number of questions on the test that you answered correctly. In addition to your total test score, your performance is also presented by cognitive level and competency framework level. Your performance on each level is calculated as the number of questions in that level that you answered correctly.

By comparing your performance on the questions in the Predictor Test to the performance of thousands of candidates who have written previous administrations of the actual CPNRE, we are able to estimate what your score would be on the CPNRE. From this estimated score, we can calculate your probability of passing the CPNRE.

Once you have completed the Predictor Test and submitted your answers, you will be presented with your score on the Predictor Test, your probability of passing the CPNRE and a scoring profile showing your score in each of the competency categories tested by the CPNRE. For up to 24 hours after completing the Predictor Test, you can access your test to view the questions and correct answers by logging in again using your assigned username and password.
